Our board of directors.
Our culture is built on compassion, collaboration, and a belief that education, paired with emotional and spiritual support, can transform lives and communities. Our trauma-informed, relational approach ensures every student feels seen and valued, equipped with the tools to succeed academically and emotionally. We believe education is a bridge to a stronger community, breaking the cycle of poverty and emigration. Our supporters are part of this family, too, invited to join us through donations, encouragement, and prayer. Together, we’re building a movement of hope, fueled by faith, collaboration, and a whole lot of heart. Here's who we are and what drives us.

Allison Brown, MSN
President
As a nurse missionary in Honduras for nearly twenty years, Allison raised her family, directed medical clinics and children's homes, and opened a school. When she’s not mentoring or fundraising, Allison’s likely sharing stories of impact, laughing with friends, reading a book, or playing tennis.

Jenna Britt, PhD
Secretary
Jenna is the owner of ReEnvision Counseling, where she manages an international caseload with a focus on trauma healing. When she’s not counseling or supporting our students, you might find her teaching a dance class or sparking meaningful conversations to strengthen our community ties.

Amanda Carcamo, MA
Treasurer
Amanda’s love for Honduras runs deep, sparked years ago during her time living in the country. A behavior specialist, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to our students’ growth. Amanda enjoys mothering two children of her own, in addition to the support she lends to our students in Honduras.
